Today during work…

My 5 year old piano student walks in:

VJ: Hi Aurora!

Aurora: (think 5 year old voice) HI! So I haf a story. Thee…um, it’s about tigers, and the tigers were coming while the monkeys were screaming! Cause…um…thee…thee tigers were going after the sheep. And the farmer was there too, um, cause the farmer lived there. And the tigers bit the sheep and cut their necks, but, um, the heads didn’t fall off. Then…um, the farmer did fireworks and the tigers ran away. Thats the end.

VJ: Thinking ‘WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! Who is reading to this kid?!’

(AWKWARD PAUSE)

VJ:Ok…thank you…for that…did you practice?

PRICELESS MOMENTS that I LOVE about my job. LOL.
